Access Point Financial Issues $29.25 Million Bridge Loan for AHIP Three-Hotel Portfolio

Access Point Financial has issued a $29.25 million bridge loan to American Hotel Income Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Vancouver, Canada. The financing is secured by three hotels: the 113-room Courtyard by Marriott Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park in New Jersey; the 81-room Courtyard by Marriott Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher in Florida; and the 80-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Ocoee in Florida.
